Popular Nigerian singer Mohbad dies at 27. Ilerioluwa Oladimeji Aloba, also known as Mohbad, a popular Nigerian musician, has died.

Ovie, a music executive, announced the news to the public today, September 12th, 2023.

He was born on June 8, 1996, in Lagos, Nigeria, and is a Nigerian rapper, singer, and composer.

He was previously signed to Naira Marley’s “Marlian Records” until leaving in 2022.

He is well-known for his famous songs such as Imole, Peace, KPK, Pariwo, and Ask About Me.

“Confirmed, Mohbad is dead,” Ovie wrote. It’s a terrible, sad day. RIP.”

Mohbad was formerly signed to Naira Marley’s “Marlian Records” until departing in 2022. He’s most known for his hit tracks Peace, Ponmo, Feel Good, and KPK (Ko Por Ke) alongside Rexxie, which received three nominations for The Headies awards in 2022.

However, a friend of Mohbad, who was weeping, posted Mohbad’s lifeless corpse.
